I decided for the month of June to take on a 30 Day Challenge. I am a carnivore, but I'm often conflicted about the effect my meat eating has on my body and the environment. I hit the gym for weightlifting 3 times a week and aerial requires a lot of strength, so typically I've aimed for athlete-levels of protein. Way more than your average couch sitter. But is this necessary?
I decided to try 30 days of eating meat only once per day. I am not going to become a vegetarian, but I'm curious to see if cutting back will be logistically difficult and how it will make me feel. More or less energy? More or less strength? We'll see. Right now is Day 11.
